Serviceplan Group Netherlands is looking for an Customer Journey Director BMW/MINI on behalf of 'The Marcom Engine'.

 

ABOUT THE MARCOM ENGINE

THE MARCOM ENGINE fully integrates strategy, creation and production in one entity. A customized agency for BMW Group. This includes all areas of data-driven performance marketing and analytics, marketing automation, CJ management, digital channels, reversed sales funnel planning and CRM.

As a transnational agency operating system for all European markets, TME comprehensively integrates the classic marketing disciplines of strategy, creation, and production with all relevant aspects of the customer journey - while raising them to a high-tech level.

This includes all areas of data-driven performance marketing and analytics, marketing automation, programmatic media, and CRM support.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as one of the main points of contact for the Dutch BMW & MINI client, collaborating internally and externally with operational and strategic leads, reporting to your Head of Customer Journey Director.
  • Manage the cross-functional domain/channel team for your campaigns, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Have accountability for the entire lifecycle of campaigns, including local delivery management, domain/channel scope, activities, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain the master timeline and project schedule for your campaigns, ensuring timely execution across domains.
  • Foster integration across agencies to drive business value and meet client objectives, working alongside the other Account Directors /Customer Journey Directors and domain specialists (CRM, Digital Media, Web&Online, social & Content/Creation).
  • Align with the central TME teams, including strategy and client service, to ensure consistency and coordination.
  • Make an essential contribution to achieving targets and driving results.
  • Take local responsibility for budgets, yearly marketing planning, and other financial matters within the designated areas of responsibility, in collaboration with your Head of Customer Journey Director.

 

AS AN IDEAL CANDIATE, YOU HAVE

  •       Minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing media/agency or automotive industry, preferably in a comparable role.
  • Proven track record in agency account management, campaign management, client and senior stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
  • Strong operational excellence with the ability to meet service level agreements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen related to marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in understanding data analytics, utilising insights to inform decision-making and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent team management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch– the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch is essential as well as being stationed in The Netherlands.

 

WHAT WE OFFER

A good salary every 21st of the month that matches your experience and the quality of your work; We use salary scales per job group, the salary scale for this position is €4,300 to around €5,600 depending on your experience and knowledge
