Mediaplus, a subsidiary of the Serviceplan Group, is looking for a Senior CRM Campaign Manager BMW/MINI in Amsterdam on behalf of 'The Marcom Engine'.
ABOUT THE MARCOM ENGINE
The Marcom Engine (TME) fully integrates strategy, creation and production in one entity. A customized agency for BMW Group: both BMW & Mini. This includes all areas of data-driven performance marketing and analytics, marketing automation, CJ management, digital channels, reversed sales funnel planning and CRM.
As a transnational agency operating system for all European markets, TME comprehensively integrates the classic marketing disciplines of strategy, creation, and production with all relevant aspects of the customer journey - while raising them to a high-tech level.
This includes all areas of data-driven performance marketing and analytics, marketing automation, programmatic media, and CRM support.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CIM Campaign Management:
- Develop, oversee central execution, and optimize Customer Integration campaigns (CRM/email and other related one-to-one channels) for local activity and localize European campaigns.
- Utilize the Adobe Campaign Management suite to manage and track campaign performance, ensuring optimal results.
Account Management:
- Manage key client accounts within the CIM/CRM domain, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end process including planning, execution, and delivery of CIM/CRM campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Scope new projects as requested, identify costs, and deliver back planning. Once quotes are approved and POs are delivered, commence the project.
Strategic Development:
- Develop and implement CIM/CRM strategies that align with the client’s overall marketing and customer engagement objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and optimize future campaigns.
- Support local TME from a CIM/CRM perspective in integrated campaign evaluations and align with other domains to share key learnings and insights for future campaigns.
- Align and agree with key stakeholders on the client side to deliver insights.
Central Interface:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for central TME, ensuring effective communication and alignment on central (blueprint) campaign objectives and deliverables within the CIM/CRM domain.
- Plan and align on future campaigns.
Client Interface:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables within the CIM/CRM domain.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing strategic recommendations
AS AN IDEAL CANDIATE, YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in CRM campaign management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Campaign Management suite.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from campaign performance data.
- Willingness to travel once a month to Munich for alignment and training.
- Fluent in English; Dutch would be an advantage and being stationed in The Netherlands is a must.
