What You'll Yo
As our Creative Production Manager, you’ll be a key player in the Creative & Content team, making sure that creative projects not only take off but land with impact. You will partner closely with the account management team locally and with the creative- and production team centrally to steer projects from concept through to final delivery. On time, on brief, and in style.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Local Creative Projects: Oversee the development of local campaigns, ensuring every element, from visuals to copy, aligns perfectly with the brand vision.

  • Deliver Top-Quality Assets: Manage timelines and budgets to deliver creative materials that meet the highest standards.

  • Coordinate Production: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep production smooth and on schedule.

  • Be the Client Liaison: Act as the creative point of contact for clients, aligning expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a seamless creative voice across all channels: digital, print, and beyond.

  • Guarantee Quality & Compliance: Protect brand guidelines and ensure legal and campaign compliance at every step.

  • Manage Budgets & Deadlines: Oversee budgets, approve invoices, and keep projects on track financially and timewise.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative production, advertising, or content creation

  • Strong understanding of production workflows, from briefing to delivery

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
